Acceptance of Terms
By using leap.law you agree to these terms of use. We may update this policy and will treat continued use as acceptance of any revisions.
Services Provided
LeAP is a legal operations consultancy. We build automations, instrument KPIs, and advise on vendor selections. We do not practice law, provide legal advice, or create an attorney-client relationship.
Operational KPIs vs. Outcomes
Metrics we share—time saved, cost per case, cases per staff member—describe operational efficiency. They do not predict or guarantee case outcomes, settlements, or verdicts.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site (scraping, injecting malware, or submitting false information). Forms must include accurate details so we can triage requests and compliance obligations correctly.
Intellectual Property
All site content, trademarks, copy, and code belong to LeAP. You may not reproduce or repurpose materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
LeAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or services. Liability, if any, is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify LeAP for claims that arise from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration using AAA rules unless both parties agree to another forum.
